Occasionally, we will be using used boxes or our custom made boxes from used cardboard boxes to ship your items. Rest assured that your items will be cared for and packaged properly. Used or Pre-owned item: No return or exchange. All sales are final.
New item: Satisfaction guarantee! The seller must be notified within 7 days of receiving the items of the buyer intention to return or exchange the product or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. Return will only be accepted as an exchange with other equal or greater than value merchandise that we have in our store. The return item must be new in its original box and not in broken or used conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees for the return and exchange items. All return for exchange are subject to approval by the seller. Do not ship the item before getting the seller approval. All returned items will be subject to routine check up.
Seller is not responsible for item not delivered or damaged on delivery, unless insurance is purchased.
